Fee Schedule

Notary Rates:
Michigan Law of Notarial Acts, Act 238 of 2003 55.285 Performance of notarial acts Sec. 25. (7) permits a fee of up to $10 per notarization.

Michigan Law also provides that "additional fees for travel may be negotiated between the Notary and the client prior to the commencement of the travel. The total of all fees including multiple notarizations and travel should be disclosed and agreed to before performing any notarization transaction."

We charge $10 per notarization and a travel fee based on the schedule below.

Additional fees for after hours, emergency appointments, etc. will be provided at time of booking. Final fee will be agreed upon at time of confirmation of booking by the Notary Public.

Once fees are agreed upon, payment is due at time of service via Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. If none of these options are available to you, please let us know when you contact us - we are willing to work with you.

Travel Fees
All appointment times include 30 minutes per appointment.

Iron County

Local Rate (0-5 miles):
Starting at: $25 + $10/notarization

Township Rate (5-15 miles):
Includes Crystal Falls and Amasa
Starting at: $35 + $10/notarization

Iron County (16 miles or more within county)
Starting at: $45 + $10/notarization

Western U.P. Outside of Iron County Rates

Up to 50 miles
$50 + $1/mile + $10/notarization

51 - 99 miles
$75 + $1/mile + $10/notarization

100+ miles - scheduled appointments only
$100 + $1/mile + $10/notarization

Note: While we are available for emergency/short notice appointments, scheduled appointments are preferred. This will ensure that enough time and care can be dedicated to fully meet your needs.
Based on our travel rates, if our schedule or availability does not meet your needs, we will do our best to connect you with another notary near you.
